Aeria, a tech platform for managing commercial real estate, has raised $1.8 million in a funding round led by Kalaari Capital, with participation from Foundamental, AC Ventures, AL Trust, and several angel investors

The startup, which was founded in 2023 by Priyanka Gera and IIM alum Piyush Kateja, will use the funding to expand its operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other Asian countries.
