DaMENSCH raises funding

Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer men's clothing brand DaMENSCH has raised Rs 21.62 Crore (approximately $2.5 million) in an extended Series B funding round. The round was led by existing investors Matrix Partners, Saama Capital, Whiteboard Capital, and A91 Emerging Fund, Entrackr reported.

The report said that A91 Partners is the largest external stakeholder, followed by Matrix Partners and Saama Capital.

Investment direction and growth plans  

The funding will be used to strengthen the company's position in the men's lifestyle market.

Co-founder Anurag Saboo stated, "The fresh investment will help us focus on our core business and further our growth plans." The company aims to expand its product offerings and increase its market presence.

Founded in 2018 by Anurag Saboo and Gaurav Pushkar, DaMENSCH is a direct-to-consumer men’s lifestyle brand specializing in innerwear and casual wear apparel. The startup sells products on its official website as well as e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. T

DaMENSCH claims to have witnessed a 22.5% increase in operating revenue, reaching Rs 72.3 crore in the financial year 2022-23. The brand competes with other men's innerwear brands, including Bummer, XYXX, Freecultr, and Dollar Industries.
