Attentive.ai specializing in AI-driven software raises $7 million

Attentive.ai, a startup specializing in AI-driven software for the landscaping and construction industries, has raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Peak XV’s Surge and InfoEdge Ventures, with a new secondary investment from Mumbai-based Tenacity Ventures. 

Enhancing AI-led offerings

The Delaware-based startup plans to use the raised capital to enhance its AI-led offerings, Accelerate and Beam AI, and expand its reach within the U.S. market. It also has a presence in Noida, India.

What does Attentive do?

The landscaping and construction sectors have long relied on manual and time-consuming processes for site measurement and project estimation, leading to inefficiencies and inaccuracies.

Attentive.ai introduces a solution with its AI and computer vision technology, aiming to streamline these processes, reduce operational costs, and improve bidding accuracy for outdoor service contracts. 

Attentive.ai's offerings

Attentive.ai offers two flagship products: Accelerate, a business management software for outdoor services, and Beam AI, an AI-based sales automation platform for the construction industry.

Accelerate automates sales processes and operational workflows, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Beam AI, on the other hand, focuses on automating the estimation process for construction projects, delivering multiple construction estimates simultaneously by automating blueprint tracing.

Focused on expanding customer base

Founded in 2017 by Shiva Dhawan and Sarthak Vijay, Attentive.ai plans to expand its customer base by enhancing its products and marketing efforts.

The startup, which claims to have a $4 million annual recurring revenue rate, aims to drive significant disruptions in the outdoor field services and construction industries.
