Nected, a Gurugram-based next-generation low-code, no-code platform, has raised $1.5 million in a seed funding round led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal’s Three State Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Endurance Capital, Relentless VC, Climber Capital, Lykke Capital, and Forward Slash Capital.

The startup plans to use the raised capital to enhance the platform's usability, integrate advanced features, and scale operations internationally, meeting the growing demands for rapid innovation in technology.

It will also focus on research and development to integrate AI-powered features, further streamlining the creation and iteration of data-driven workflows.

What does Nected do?

Founded in 2022 by Mukul Bhati and Prabhat Gupta, Nected provides a low-code, no-code platform with pre-built tech components that allow companies to build complex applications quickly.

The startup offers ready-made components to help businesses overcome inefficiencies and delays associated with traditional software development.

It claims that over 20 customers across 5+ countries, including TATA 1mg, use Nected's platform. Nected also claims its main differentiation is its non-tech-friendly UI, which can build complex logic for millions of customers and real-time response capabilities.

Leadership comments

“Nected.ai is transforming software development. Our platform promotes collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, helping them achieve goals faster. This approach breaks down barriers and enables businesses to unlock the potential of their data and technology for impactful results," Gupta said.

“We envision technology as a growth catalyst, not a bottleneck. Nected.ai is dedicated to creating a seamless development experience that empowers organizations to iterate faster, reduce costs, and stay ahead of the curve. Our platform is a transformative force in software development," Bhati added.

Investor comments

Swarandeep Singh Kambo, General Partner at Lykke Capital, commented on the investment, saying, “We believe Nected’s flexible and seamlessly integrable cloud-native building blocks could be a game-changer in automating constant repetitive and iterative flows, which otherwise have tech bandwidth and expensive backend developers swamped, overall leading to delayed impact due to iterations not picked up or being slow in implementation.”

Kshitij Saxena, Founder and General Partner, Relentless VC, noted, “Tech bandwidth is always constrained. Using Nected allows CTOs to free up precious bandwidth from repetitive work by allowing business teams to iterate on their own.”
