ReplyAll, an all-day clothing brand, has raised Rs 6.8 crore in a maiden funding round led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India.

The round also saw with participation from a network of angel investors including Shantanu Deshpande (Bombay Shaving Company), Revant Bhate (Mosaic Wellness), Ashish Goel (Urban Ladder), Sangeet Agarwal, Navin Parwal (Mokobara), Nikhil Bhandarkar (Panthera Peak Ventures), Arjun Vaidya (Dr. Vaidya’s), among others.

Additional participation came from Bharat Founders Fund and DeVC.

Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll positions itself in what it calls the “all-day clothing” category — apparel engineered to transition across work, travel, workouts and leisure.

The startup said it focuses on material science, fabric engineering and functional design, areas that are largely overlooked in India’s daily-wear segment. The brand is debuting with a men’s collection featuring breathable, thermoregulating, sweat-resistant and stretchable fabrics designed for India’s climate.

“The way men dress hasn’t caught up with the way they live,” said Rushabh Sanghavi.

“Most men today are moving through five versions of themselves in a single day. The way we work, move, travel, parent, and unwind has changed but our clothes haven’t. ReplyAll exists to bridge that gap with clothes that keep up - effortless, functional, and made for movement.”

“Men’s fashion in India is undergoing a quiet revolution away from loud trends, toward purposeful, versatile clothing,” said Aakash Goyal, Partner at Sparrow Capital.

“ReplyAll sits right at that inflection point. Their product thinking, design clarity, and understanding of how men live in contemporary India make them a category-defying brand.”

“With this fresh capital, ReplyAll will accelerate product innovation through advanced technical fabrics and adaptive design,” said Rajiv Srivatsa, Partner at Antler India.

“The team’s focus on creating functional, design-forward essentials positions them to capture India’s new generation of urban men who value comfort, versatility, and taste.”
