ContraVault AI, a fast-growing platform that leverages artificial intelligence to transform tender and RFP management, has raised Rs 5.1 crore in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital. The round also saw participation from prominent investors, including Rajiv Ahuja, Haresh Chawla, Jaswinder Ahuja, Dilipkumar Khandelwal, Abhishek Goyal, and others.

Founded in 2023 by Sayan Sen, Tanmay Juneja, and Isha Juneja, ContraVault AI is tackling a long-standing pain point in enterprise procurement—managing complex tender documents, evaluating compliance, and navigating clause negotiations, all of which have traditionally relied on time-consuming, error-prone manual processes.

“There is a large, untapped opportunity at the intersection of tender management and AI, which we are solving for, and we are super excited to partner with Titan Capital to be able to do that for India and the world,” said Sayan Sen, co-founder and CEO of ContraVault AI.

The platform, built for enterprises, legal teams, and government contractors, uses proprietary algorithms to deliver high-accuracy insights across various stages of the tender lifecycle. Its AI engine, trained on a dataset of more than one lakh tender documents, provides tools for automated risk analysis, clause-level negotiation, and document summarisation—features that help stakeholders save time and make more informed bidding decisions.

The funds will be used to deepen ContraVault AI’s verticalisation efforts across sectors such as EPC, energy, power, and information technology—where tendering processes are particularly complex—and to scale sales operations in India’s still-under-digitised procurement space. The company also has long-term ambitions to expand globally.

“This fundraise is a critical milestone for us as we step into a greenfield opportunity,” said Isha Juneja, COO and co-founder, highlighting the platform’s traction with large organisations and law firms. CTO and co-founder Tanmay Juneja added, “This opens the door to bold new growth for us.”

A spokesperson from Titan Capital described the company as redefining one of the most painful enterprise workflows. “In a space buried in PDFs, clauses, and compliance risk, they’ve built an AI engine that doesn’t just read documents—it understands them. We’re backing ContraVault AI not just for what it’s building, but for the kind of company it’s becoming: fast, intelligent, and trusted by the most demanding enterprise buyers,” the investor said.
