UnifyApps team
Enterprise AI platform UnifyApps has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from ICONIQ and other investors.
The latest infusion brings the startup's total funding to $81 million, following its $20 million Series A led by ICONIQ Growth last year.
As part of the deal, Ragy Thomas, an early investor and seasoned enterprise software leader, has joined the company as Chairman and Co-CEO, alongside co-founder Pavitar Singh.
Thomas said the next decade will belong to “AI-native enterprises,” adding that UnifyApps is building the platform to power this transformation.
“We are seeing the same inflection point we saw with the rise of the internet—every piece of software, workflow, and process will be reinvented with AI at the core. UnifyApps is building the platform that makes that transformation possible,” he said.
Founded in 2023, UnifyApps enables large organisations to move beyond fragmented generative AI (GenAI) pilots through a low-code/no-code, LLM-agnostic platform that connects data, workflows, and tools across departments.
Its Six-Layer Enterprise AI Architecture spans system integration, data and ontology management, workflow automation, application experience, and deployment of autonomous agents, allowing chief information officers to deploy AI securely and at scale.
The startup will use the raised capital to expand its European operations, grow its team, and accelerate platform development, including building a catalogue of pre-built AI applications and deeper integrations across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and corporate intranets.
UnifyApps’ customers include HDFC Bank, Deutsche Telekom, Contentstack, Belcorp, Sirion Labs, WalkMe, Air Arabia, Liva Insurance, and government entities in the UAE, including those of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The startup's online platform is used to automate HR, claims, supply-chain, and other mission-critical operations.
