India's GoKwik raises $13 million to accelerate international expansion

GoKwik, an e-commerce enabler, today said it has closed a $13 million growth funding round led by existing investor RTP Global. Z47, Peak XV Partners, and Think Investments also participated in the round that brings the total raised amount to $ 68 million.

The startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate its international expansion and fast‑track R&D across its AI‑first commerce stack.

Founded in 2020, GoKwik is redefining commerce enablement with an AI‑powered platform that eliminates checkout friction, boosts conversions, and personalises engagement at scale. The startup claims that it processes millions of transactions every day, helping merchants unlock the full potential of digital commerce.

GoKwik offers four core products, including RTO protection enabled - KwikCheckout, KwikEngage, KwikPass, and Return Prime. The startup claims that it has enabled brands process GMV in excess of $2 billion, and has recorded 100% YoY growth.
