HostBooks, an enterprise SaaS fintech startup, has raised $5 million in a Series B funding round from Orange Orbit LLP. The first tranche of $2.5 million has already been disbursed.
The investment is part of a larger $15 million fundraising effort that aims to boost HostBooks’ growth, product innovation, and global expansion.
What does HostBooks do?
Founded in 2009 by Biswajit Mishra and Kapil Rana, HostBooks provides cloud-based business automation solutions. These solutions help companies handle compliance, accounting, finance, and various operational complexities.
The startup plans to use the raised capital to scale its international presence, enhance AI-driven modules, and strengthen teams across sales, product marketing, and operations.
