Between August 25 and August 30, 2025, as many as 19 Indian startups from diverse sectors raised over $120 million in funding from investors.
These sectors include NBFC, Gaming, Logistics, Fintech, Autotech, D2C, SaaS, QSR, Jewellery, Petcare, Foods, and Kitchenware. Last week, Indian startups raised over $270 million, with Weaver Services raising $170 million alone.

These sectors include NBFC, Gaming, Logistics, Fintech, Autotech, D2C, SaaS, QSR, Jewellery, Petcare, Foods, and Kitchenware. Last week, Indian startups raised over $270 million, with Weaver Services raising $170 million alone.
High-value deals
A diverse range of sectors attracted investments during the week, with the finance sector leading the pack. Leading this sector was Banking infrastructure startup TransBnk, whichraised $25 million. Fintech startup Kiwi $24 million.
The list was followed by Altum Credo Home Finance, NBFC firm CredRight, and AI-native sales and ecommerce platform WizCommerce, which collectively raised $37.5 million.
Altum Credo raised $19.5 million, CredRight raised $10 million, and WizCommerce raised $8 million.
Emerging startups
Technology-led food upcycling startup Wastelink raised $3 million in a Series A round, Japanese casual dining and QSR chain Harajuku Tokyo Café raised $2 million, Supply chain planning platform Enmovil raised $6 million in a Series A round, Demi-fine jewellery brand Palmonas raised $6.2 million in a Series A round, Alumni engagement and networking platform Vaave raised $740,000, and Babycare quick commerce startup Peeko raised $3.2 million in a Seed round.
D2C grocery startup Anmasa raised $1.1 million in a pre-Seed round, Kitchenware startup Cumin Co. raised $1.5 million, Jewellery startup Nuyug raised $280,000 in a pre-Seed round, Maths-focused Gaming startup Matiks raised $3.1 million in a pre-Series A round, Petcare startup BhaoBhao raised $200,000, and User two-wheeler marketplace Vutto raised $7 million in a Series A round.
Meanwhile, Luxury handbag brand AKINNA and Samasta Foods kept the funding figures under wraps.
Mergers & Acquisitions
The period also witnessed strategic mergers and acquisitions. Business AI company Uniphore acquired Orby AI and Autonom8.
