A diverse range of sectors attracted investments during the week, with Lending leading the pack. Leading this sector was Sarvagram, which raised $67 million in funding. Math education platform Bhanzu raised $16.5 million in a Series B funding round.
The list was followed by B2C commerce startup Wheelocity, The ePlane Company, and Real estate advisory platform Guardians, which collectively raised $41 million.
Wheelocity raised $15 million, The ePlane Company raised $14 million, and Guardians raised $12 million.
Emerging startups
Identity verification startup Equal raised $10 million, Gardening startup Ugaoo raised $5.6 million in a Series A funding round. AI startup Connecty AI raised $1.8 million in a pre-seed funding round. Admissions as a Service platform CTPL raised $590,000.
Traveltech startup StampMyVisa raised $780,000 in a pre-Series A funding round. SaaS manufacturing startup DesignX raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round. Healthcare startup India IVF raised $1.25 million in a pre-Series A funding round.
LogisticsTech startup Pikndel raised $1 million in a seed funding round. Gaming startup Funstop Games raised $5 million in a Series A funding round. Ecommerce AI startup BiteSpeed raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round. SaaS startup Mushin Innovative Labs raised $250,000 in a seed round. AI startup Zeptlyn raised $3 million in a seed funding round.
Brand protection and authentication solutions provider Ennoventure raised $8.9 million in a Series A funding round. Vehicle Intelligence startup Vecmocon Technologies raised $10 million in a Series A funding round. DroneTech startup Airbound raised $1.7 million in a seed funding round. LegalTech startup LegalKart raised $760,000.
Meanwhile, Gaming startups Norian Games and Xigma Games, OnePlay, and Cleantech startup Hydrogen Mem-Tech kept the funding figures under wraps.
Merger and acquisitions
The period also witnessed strategic mergers and acquisitions. E-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce acquired Shipway, Enterprise software and B2B SaaS firm Kovai.co acquired B2C SaaS startup Floik, and Traveltech firm EaseMyTrip acquired Planet Education Australia Pty Ltd, a global education service provider headquartered in Sydney.
