Inkers Technology, a startup providing AI-powered solutions for the construction industry, has closed its $3 million Series A funding round led by prominent investor Ashish Kacholia's Lucky Investments.

Founded by Rohan Shravan, Manish Giri, and Srikanth , Inkers Technology plans to use the raised capital to expand its reach and enhance its product offerings.

Inkers Technology's flagship product

The startup has developed a flagship product called Observance, an AI-powered platform designed to process complex construction data—such as point cloud data, images, BIM models, and project schedules—and transform it into actionable insights.

By enabling rapid and precise conversion into Building Information Modeling (BIM), Observance empowers construction teams to proactively identify potential issues, streamline workflows, and achieve significant time and cost savings.

Deployed across 150+ sites in top cities

According to Inkers Technology, the platform has been deployed across 150+ sites in Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad, scanning over 250 million square feet of construction area and processing more than 2 petabytes of data.

Through these deployments, Observance has identified 40,000+ defects, ranging from water seepage to concrete issues, helping clients save substantial costs and avoid delays, the startup said.

The startup claims that Observance delivers hyper-accurate as-built 3D models enriched with thermal maps, enabling faster resolution of BIM conflicts, real-time construction updates, and early identification of structural defects.

Notably, the platform can scan up to 100,000 square feet of construction area in an hour and generate comprehensive analytics, as-built models, defect reports, and schedule updates within 24-48 hours. This efficiency cuts down traditional planning and processing times from months to mere hours, setting Observance apart from competitors.

Inkers Technology's core intellectual property lies in areas such as point cloud-to-3D model conversion, BIM generation, as-built modelling, and automated identification of building-level defects like leakages and concrete issues.
