InnerGize raises Rs 6.5 crore in funding from Antler India and AC Ventures, others

InnerGize, a breakthrough wellness system designed to improve the body's resilience to stress, has raised Rs 6.5 crore in funding from a consortium of investors just days after its unveiling.

The pre-seed funding round attracted prominent names from India's startup ecosystem, including Antler India and AC Ventures. Several well-known entrepreneurs and industry leaders also participated, such as Sharan Hegde (Finance with Sharan), Arjun Vaidya (D2C founder and early-stage consumer investor), Aman Gupta (CMO of boAt Lifestyle), Ritesh Agarwal (founder and group CEO of OYO), and Varun Mayya (CEO and founder of Avalon Labs).

The startup has also received support from medical professionals like Dr. Agni Bose (dermatologist) and Dr. Sid Warrier (neurologist and public speaker). Additionally, InnerGize is a recipient of the Biotechnology Ignition Grant Scheme from the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) and benefits from Zerodha founder Nikhil Kamath's WTF Fund.

As the world's first clinically validated mental health wearable for stressed and anxious individuals, it addresses a critical gap in India's healthcare landscape.

What does InnerGize do?

Founded by Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, a prominent figure in India's fitness and wellness industry, along with Shalmali Kadu (engineer and product head) and Mitansh Khurana (tech and compliance head), InnerGize leverages proprietary Neuro-Acoustic Vagal Modulation technology.

This patent-pending innovation activates the body's vagus nerve, connecting with the brain's relaxation centres to shift from a 'fight-or-flight' to a 'relax-and-restore' response within minutes.

The technology is backed by more than five years of proprietary research, expertise from over 50 specialists, and feedback from 10,000+ user sessions.

The startup claims that the pre-clinical studies have shown impressive results, including a 32% reduction in anxiety, 36% reduction in stress, and 86% increase in relaxation levels among users.

Since its recent debut on Shark Tank, InnerGize has received over 1,000 pre-orders in just four days, demonstrating strong market interest. The product is scheduled for a formal launch on April 15, 2025.
