Vivek Gera, the founder and CEO of Leucine, highlighted the challenges of paper-based manufacturing records in the industry, emphasizing the platform's ability to transform these records into digital formats swiftly.

The rapid digitization, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), reduces the digitization cycle of a batch record from 6-8 months to just 3-5 days.

Leveraging AI-driven capabilities

Unlike many traditional digital tools, Leucine said its platform leverages AI-driven capabilities to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing workflows and offer proactive insights.

According to the startup, This ensures pharmaceutical companies can operate efficiently while adhering to regulations.

The platform's speed of implementation is attributed to its proprietary AI-enabled digital process builder, which quickly converts paper-based standard operating procedures (SOPs) into execution-ready digital formats.

Operational in over 300 pharma facilities

Presently, Leucine's solutions are operational in over 300 pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities across 30 companies in 10 countries, including the US, India, Brazil, Mexico, and the UAE.

The startup has also announced the beta launch of Leucine10x, an AI framework designed to assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

With this framework, It aims to revolutionize decision-making in pharma manufacturing, enabling teams to achieve organizational goals with confidence.
