Haldèn, a Mumbai-based luxury men’s brand, has raised Rs 5 crore in a seed funding round led by Prajay Advisors, a Mumbai-based family office.
Founded in 2019 by cousins Anuj Beriwal and Mukund Singhal, Haldèn aims to make premium luxury products accessible at affordable prices.
The brand offers a variety of products, including belts, eyewear, accessories, travel goods, and business essentials, all designed with a focus on quality and affordability.
It claims to have served over 1 lakh customers from both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India.
Focused on expansion
The startup plans to use the raised capital to expand its market presence, enhance its product range, increase brand visibility, and penetrate new online and retail markets.
"The fundraising will be strategically used to expand Haldèn’s offline presence too. The goal is to enhance brand visibility, increase sales, and penetrate new online and retail markets," said Singhal.
“We are thrilled with the support and confidence shown by Prajay Advisors. This funding will enable us to expand our product line and enhance our brand presence. Our goal is to make luxury products accessible to a wider audience while maintaining the quality and affordability that our customers expect," Anuj Beriwal added.
"Both Mukund and Anuj have a profound understanding of the modern man's requirements, blending exceptional design with superior materials to ensure optimal fit and comfort," said Prakash Mody of Prajay Advisors.
