Pune-based jewellery startup Palmonas has onboarded Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor as its new co-founder. The partnership, which is rooted in a serendipitous Instagram interaction, showcases the power of social media in creating meaningful connections within the industry.
Kapoor's engagement with the brand began when she responded to a fan's comment on Instagram, revealing her admiration for Palmonas' products.
What does Palmonas offer?
Founded by Pallavi Mohadikar and Dr. Amol Patwari, Palmonas offers a range of demi-fine jewellery including necklace, earrings, rings, bracelets and mangalsutras made with sterling silver and stainless steel.
It uses surgical-grade stainless steel plated with 18k gold tone and sterling silver plated with gold vermeil, which is a 2.5-micron thick layer of 18K gold.
