Stylework, a SaaS-based co-working and managed workspace aggregator, has raised Rs 30 crore in a pre Series B funding round led by Equentis Angel Fund.

The round values the startup at a pre-money valuation of Rs 250 crore. Karekeba Ventures and Cogniphy AIF Fund, LetsVenture Fund, MoneyVyapaar and other existing investors also participated.

The startup said the capital will be used to strengthen its AI driven marketplace and expand in India and overseas. It will also hire leadership talent across product, business and enterprise growth. Stylework plans to invest in predictive analytics, utilisation dashboards and tools that help operators, channel partners and enterprises manage workspace portfolios on a single platform.

Stylework operates as an aggregator that connects enterprises with coworking and managed office operators. Its unified Master Service Agreement allows companies to access workspaces across India without separate vendor onboarding. This framework has become one of its differentiators in winning enterprise clients looking for distributed office access across cities.

The startup claims to have maintained profitability over the past year. It reports an annualised GMV of Rs 280 crore, more than 70,000 seats sold and a network covering 125 cities. It works with over 650 coworking and managed office operators that together run more than 5,000 centres.

The latest round follows the first close of Rs 10 crore that Equentis Angel Fund led last month. The remaining capital has now been added by new and existing investors. Stylework said this funding will deepen its enterprise penetration across Tier 1 markets and help it scale in emerging Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder & CEO of Stylework, said, “We’re witnessing a fundamental transformation in India’s workspace market, poised to reach a $10 Bn flex portfolioin the next 2-3 years. While many workspace operators are raising marquee investments through public listings, Stylework, as a leading aggregator, is setting new benchmarks. Our model uniquely serves as an intelligent data arbitrage layer, connecting enterprises to the entire flexible workspace ecosystem. It creates unparalleled value for corporates seeking flexibility, cost optimization, and nationwide portfolio management through Master Service Agreements.”
