Homegrown SaaS platform SingleInterface has raised $30 million in a funding round led by Asia Partners, a Singapore-based investment firm. PayPal Ventures also participated in the round. 

The startup specializes in providing a suite of tools designed to help offline businesses grow by leveraging the web. It focuses on areas such as digital marketing, customer engagement, and eCommerce.

Simplifying the digital presence of brands 

SingleInterface aims to simplify the digital presence of multi-location brands. The startup offers services that include building store locators, managing social media listings, and providing omnichannel marketing solutions. This comprehensive approach helps businesses attract more customers online, responding to the increasing number of internet users worldwide.

“Our suite of products has proven to deliver remarkable revenue growth for our clients, accounting in some cases for 15-20% of their revenues. We are on a mission to empower our customers to drive further growth, enhance the customer experience, and provide rich business insights and context across their different locations, enabling them to grow and win locally,” said Sobhani, Co-founder and CEO of SingleInterface.

Expanding globally with a focus on AI

SingleInterface plans to use the raised funds to bolster its market leadership in Asia and expand its footprint globally. The startup will focus on enhancing its product offerings with AI-driven tools for audience segmentation and personalized engagement.

It automates marketing strategies at the storefront level, enabling businesses to manage thousands of locations efficiently.

Customer base 

The startup claims to have worked with over 400 multi-location brands across various industries, including food and beverage, retail, and automotive, among others. Its clientele includes major conglomerates like Tata Group and Reliance Group, as well as international brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, and Nissan.
