Sabine Hospital and Research Centre has raised $50 million in funding from CX Partners, a notable private equity fund with a history of delivering returns through economic cycles.

The funding round also included a consortium of investors, notably Singapore-based Tanas Capital, a growth-stage private equity firm.

Diverse portfolio in healthcare 

CX Partners has a diverse portfolio in healthcare, financial services, consumer products, and IT/outsourced services.

With $1 billion of assets under management and 29 portfolio companies, CX Partners is optimistic about Sabine Hospital's growth potential.

What are the future plans for Sabine Hospital?

Sabine Hospital and Research Centre, incorporated in 2016, operates 300 beds, including 60 NICU beds, across two facilities in Kerala.

The hospital offers a range of mother and child healthcare services, including IVF and other fertility treatments, birthing, newborn care, and various gynaecological procedures. Conducting over 6,000 IVF cycles and 3,000 deliveries annually, the hospital attracts patients from the Maldives, Oman, Bangladesh, and Kerala.

The hospital is set to add two more facilities within the next 6-8 months, further expanding its reach and services.
