Shark Tank India-featured drone maker InsideFPV has raised Rs 2.75 crore in a seed funding round led by Gurugram-based angel investment platform Inflection Point Ventures.
The startup said it would infuse the raised capital into product development, marketing, and research, in order to boost the its presence in the consumer drone space, along with agricultural and defence sectors.
Founded in 2020 by Arth Chowdhary and Deyvant Bhardwaj, InsideFPV made news after its drones were procured by the Indian Army. The company, aiming to broaden its reach in the upcoming quarters, prides itself on the production of drones that are compact, robust, and agile.
Interestingly, The pricing for these versatile devices starts at a relatively accessible Rs 2,800, designed to cater to various use cases. It claims to have a clientle base which includes Mama Earth-owned BBLUNT, Times Group-owned Femina Flaunt, spa chain Tattva Spas, and Jean Claude Biguine Paris.
