SitePace, a Mumbai-based startup focused on transforming construction monitoring through artificial intelligence, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by SucSEED Indovation Fund, with participation from several prominent angel investors.

The funding will support the startup's commercial rollout, deepen its AI capabilities, and strengthen sales efforts across India.

What does SitePace do?

Founded by Yash Shah, SitePace addresses a persistent issue in the real estate and construction industry: the lack of real-time, centralised, and reliable project monitoring. In an industry still reliant on WhatsApp messages, CCTV blind spots, and sporadic photo updates, the startup offers an alternative—a helmet-mounted camera system that captures 360-degree visual data, which is then converted into AI-powered virtual walkthroughs.

“Construction in India still relies on fragmented communication. We’re changing that,” said Shah, the company’s founder and CEO. “Our technology allows every stakeholder—developers, PMCs, architects, and investors—to virtually walk through a site from anywhere. This brings accountability, speed, and transparency to an industry that has long operated in silos.”

Aiming to onboard over 500 clients

The startup has completed early pilots in Mumbai and the National Capital Region and is now preparing for a wider commercial launch. Notably, it is also in talks with developers in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. It aims to onboard over 500 clients in the coming years and is eyeing global expansion in the near term.

The global construction management software market is projected to exceed $10 billion, fueled by increasing demand for automation, transparency, and remote project oversight. Indian construction firms—particularly large developers and conglomerates—have begun prioritising digital transformation.

“SitePace could be a game-changer in virtual PropTech tour and monitoring solutions through high-fidelity 360 degree panorama capturing, Autonomous Navigation and Dynamic 3D model generation. They are enabling the decentralization of construction data, and of ering of site management capabilities that are highly sought after by large real estate developers and conglomerates," said Vikrant Varshney Co-Founder & Managing Partner of SucSEED Indovation Fund.

SucSEED Indovation Fund, which led the round, is a Category-I AIF Venture Capital Angel Fund with a Rs 300 crore corpus. It has backed over 75 startups and has consistently ranked among India’s most active investors in early-stage ventures.

The fund focuses on sectors like enterprise SaaS, healthtech, edtech, and emerging technologies, including digital infrastructure for industries like construction.
