The investment aims to bolster ACT Fibernet's capacity to deliver an enhanced home Wi-Fi experience to its customers. However, the financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed by either company.

The integration of Aprecomm's advanced technology into ACT Fibernet's Wi-Fi products roadmap is central to this strategic investment. Aprecomm’s AI-based, self-optimizing technology and advanced Wi-Fi analytics will allow ACT Fibernet to gain real-time visibility into Wi-Fi performance.

This enables rapid and proactive resolution of last-mile connectivity challenges, thereby significantly enhancing the overall customer experience.
