In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the BIML program will help incubation leaders dive deep into startup-focused processes and stakeholder management, while also covering national policies, financial strategies, and compliance frameworks.

Upon completion, incubators receive certification, signalling their credibility as professional leaders in the startup ecosystem. T-Hub’s vast network of mentors, corporations, and policymakers supports the program, ensuring that participants benefit from real-world insights.

Working with academic institutions

AIC T-Hub has already begun working with 15 academic institutions across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, and Tamil Nadu, reflecting the program’s broad reach. These institutions include CVR College of Engineering, Sphoorthy Engineering College, Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology, and several others.

The program also extends to specialized incubators in edutech, sports, technology, and management, establishing a more cohesive and robust incubation framework throughout India.

Leadership comments

Speaking about the initiative, Rajesh Adla, CEO of AIC T-Hub Foundation, said, “Our mission at AIC T-Hub is to cultivate a strong and dynamic incubation ecosystem in India. The BIML program is a significant step in empowering managers with the critical skills required to drive innovation and entrepreneurship. We believe this initiative will play a pivotal role in advancing India’s startup ecosystem and supporting the next wave of entrepreneurial growth.”

Sujith Jagirdar, Interim CEO of T-Hub, added, “India’s startup ecosystem has immense potential to lead globally, and initiatives like BIML are essential to unlocking that potential.
