Flipkart's strategic expansion

Flipkart's foray into quick commerce is not a sudden whim but a calculated expansion of its delivery capabilities. The company has been laying the groundwork by enhancing its supply chain infrastructure, which now includes a network of dark stores in major cities such as BengaluruDelhi (NCR), and Hyderabad

The infrastructure is pivotal for Flipkart's ambition to offer not just groceries but a wider catalogue, including electronics, fashion, and daily essentials, aiming for a broader market reach than its competitors.

The current landscape of the Indian quick commerce market
