Gurgaon-based online apparel e-commerce platform LimeRoad raises $1.49 million (or about Rs 11 crore) in its Series D funding round from Mauritius-based MA WillMind Holdings, said the report.

With this deal, The company has raised $51.4 million ( or about Rs 377 crore) in a total of 4 funding rounds.

In October 2012, LimeRoad had raised $5 million in its Series A funding round from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Matrix Partners India.

Following, In May 2014, The company had raised $15 million in its Series B funding round from Tiger Global Management and other existing investors.

The investment comes after the five years when LimeRoad had raised $30 million in its Series C funding round from its existing investors.

According to filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) accessed by inc42, The company had issued 13,974 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 per share and a premium of Rs 7,905 per share, aggregating to a total amount of Rs 11 crore.

Besides apparel products, LimeRoad also offers consumer products such as kitchen, home and other essential products.

About LimeRoad - LimeRoad is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce shopping platform founded in 2012 by Suchi Mukherjee, Ankush Mehra, and Prashant Malik.

The company reported a 172% increase in revenue from Rs 15.6 core in FY-15 to Rs 42 crore in FY-16.

Following next year, The company witnessed a 78% increase in revenue from Rs 89 crore in FY-17 to Rs 160 crore in FY-18.
