B2B medical supply chain platform Medikabazaar has appointed Dinesh Lodha as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Lodha, who brings over two decades of experience in the MedTech industry, has held leadership roles across various sectors, including FMCG and healthcare. 

He has worked with multinational, private equity-led businesses and large publicly listed Indian companies. His experience spans the medical consumables category at Healthium and TI Medical and the equipment category at GE Healthcare and Samsung.

Founded in 2014 by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan, Medikabazaar enables hospitals and medical establishments to discover supplies and compare specifications and prices in real time.

The company offers a B2B marketplace, an AI-ML-powered SaaS solution, a medical financing solution, a full-stack procurement model for large hospitals, and an asset management platform for medical equipment.

It offers over 4 lakh products and serves over 10,000 medical centres and 30,000 independent doctors and clinics.

Focused on expansion

Lodha’s leadership is expected to drive further expansion, particularly in international markets such as Dubai, Singapore, and China, where the company focuses on strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
