Bengaluru-based startup Relso has raised $840,000 in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Venture Catalysts and Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), a Gurugram-based angel investment firm.

Relso, which operates as a cloud factory for furniture, aims to revolutionize the industry with its innovative approach. The startup aims to harness the power of technology to offer sustainable, customizable, and efficient furniture production solutions.

The round also saw participation from several notable investors, including Ramakant Sharma, Shantanu Deshpande, and Saurabh Jain, who have recognized Relso's potential to transform the furniture sector.

With the fresh capital, Relso plans to embark on a global expansion, enhance its technological platform, and strengthen its supply chains. It also looks to leverage the funding to become a leading player in the global furniture market, with a special focus on exports.

Who are the founders?

Founded in early 2023 by a trio of IITians - Anshul Choubey, Abhinav Agarwal, and Jay Trivedi - Relso brings together a wealth of expertise in entrepreneurship, B2B sales, and technology.

The founders' aims to make India a global hub for furniture manufacturing and exports, challenging the current market leader, China.
