In Bengaluru, a surprising event occurred when five people were arrested for attacking an auditor named Suresh. Interestingly, two of those arrested were Suresh's colleagues. Suresh works as an auditor with a milk product company in Bengaluru.

According to the police, they were upset because Suresh, known for being very strict at their workplace, was putting a lot of pressure on them. As a result, they decided to hire some goons to assault him.

An X user named Waseem (WazBLR) shared a video, which was captured on a car camera, showing the group hitting Suresh with a metal rod on a busy road.

"SHOCKING! In Bengaluru's Kalyan Nagar, dash camera of a vehicle records a man being assaulted with a rod in broad daylight. Attacker walks out on the road normally. I've no idea if he survived. @BlrCityPolice look into this," he wrote, citing the original source @/_cavalier_fantome on Instagram.

The video quickly went viral, garnering over 500,000 views and got a lot of attention online, which led the police to take action.

"Noted, we have informed to @banasawadips for necessary action. @DCPEASTBCP," Bengaluru's City Police X handle replied.

Suresh had been working at the company for a year and was known for being very serious about his job.

He wanted everyone to be prompt with their work, which was a change from how things were before he came. Not everyone liked this change, leading to the attack. The plan was made by Umashankar, one of Suresh's colleagues, who got help from Sandeep, a former employee, to find the people who would carry out the attack.

The police have caught those involved and are looking more into the situation.

What did the Bengaluru Police say about the incident?

Netizens reaction

"Really hoping he survived 🙏 Suggestion for everyone - if you see something like this happening, you need to immediately call 112 and police will be on the spot within 15 minutes. Quicker the reaponse, higher possibilities the police catch the culprits," a user wrote.

"Is it just me or am I seeing more and more of these videos of violent thuggery emerging out of Bangalore?" another wrote.
