Focus on AI-driven virtual assistants

Founded in April 2024 by Saurabh Mathur and Shraddha Srivastava, Girnar AI Innovations Lab specializes in developing AI-powered virtual assistants. These solutions use advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to address the complex customer engagement needs across sectors like automotive, insurance, ed-tech, and fintech. 

With support from CarDekho, these AI solutions will be refined further to handle customer interactions in multiple Indian languages and dialects, offering both voice and text support. 

Leveraging CarDekho’s expertise

The partnership will allow Girnar AI Innovations Lab to tap into CarDekho Group’s vast industry experience in automotive, insurance, and lending sectors. This will help in fine-tuning their AI-driven voicebots for specific industries and expanding their reach across different regions.

The collaboration opens doors for rapid testing, market expansion, and swift iterations, positioning Girnar AI Innovations Lab as a key player in AI-based customer support solutions.
