“We believe that to nurture exceptional talent and cultivate a workspace that synergizes innovation, we need our employees to genuinely possess the feeling of ownership. The motivation behind this unprecedented initiative is an emotional commitment to build a top-tier product engineering company from India, with employees as true partners,” said Murali Vivekanandan, Founder, Ideas2IT.

Distinct from conventional equity-sharing schemes, this initiative offers direct equity ownership, providing employees with founder-like privileges, including a say in the company's trajectory. The selection process for this program is based on values-driven contribution rather than just skill sets.

This announcement follows the company's previous initiative in 2022, where 100 Maruti Suzuki cars were gifted to its most trusted employees. This year, the company plans to add another 50 cars to this reward scheme.
