Consulting Firm VANS Skilling & Advisory Raises Funding To Expand Into Global Markets

• Investors including Hemant Kaul, Sujan Sinha, Neeraj Tipre, Sandeep Divakaran, Piramal Glass, and Sandeep Arora invested in the funding round.

Mumbai-based consulting firm VANS Skilling & Advisory, on February 4, announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount in pre-Series A funding round from a group of marquee investors, including its existing investors.

Investors, including Hemant Kaul (CEO at Bajaj Allianz), Sujan Sinha (CEO at Shriram Housing finance), Neeraj Tipre (Formerly CEO at Piramal Glass), Sandeep Divakaran (Ex CEO and Board member at Ola Fleet Technologies), and Sandeep Arora (Advisor at Piramal Group), invested in the funding round.

Other existing investors also participated in the funding round. However, the funding details has not been disclosed by the company.

The company aims to utilize the raised funding for technological upgradation as well as expanding into other global markets. Currently, it has its offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

"This trust will help us venture into newer markets, bring in technology to enhance services and expand our team as we continue to add superior value to every stakeholder in the process!," the company stated on Linkedin

Founded in 2018 by Srinivas Chunduru and Meenu Bhatia, Vans Group, which owns and operates VANS Skilling & Advisory, partners with organizations through its unique "Interim model" (Meraki) and "Academy model" (recruit, train and deploy) and co-owns the outcome of business/ function through rigor in execution.

The company has served clients across various sectors such as FMCG, Housing Finance, Chemical, Insurance, internet consumer, and manufacturing.

Its board member includes Shantanu Sen Sharma, Sandeep Arora, Rahul Choudhry, and Nitika Agarwal.

Commenting on the fundraise, Srinivas Chunduru, Founder of VANS Skilling & Advisory, said, "Our existing investors have re-invested in the company in the pre–Series A funding round.
