The AI anchors, AI Krish and AI Bhoomi, will deliver important information to farmers across India, spanning from Kashmir to Tamil Nadu and from Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh.

They will cover a variety of topics essential for farmers, such as the latest agricultural research, market trends, weather updates, and government schemes.

This initiative aims to assist farmers in making timely and informed decisions. Additionally, the AI anchors' capability to communicate in fifty different languages ensures they can reach a diverse audience both domestically and internationally.

What makes these AI anchors unique?

The AI anchors are designed to work like humans and can operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without stopping or getting tired. This ensures that farmers have access to continuous and up-to-date information.

The AI anchors' multilingual capability allows them to cater to a broad audience, enhancing the accessibility of critical information.

Why was DD Kisan established?

Launched on May 26, 2015, DD Kisan is the only TV channel in India dedicated solely to farmers. The channel was established by the Government of India to keep farmers informed about weather changes, global and local market conditions, and other essential information.

The goal is to help farmers plan ahead and make timely decisions. Over the past nine years, DD Kisan has been successful in meeting these standards and has continued to serve the agricultural and rural communities.
