The partnership aims to enhance communication efficiency and security in the logistics sector. By integrating Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID solution, the logistics company seeks to address common issues such as missed and rejected calls due to trust and context concerns.

The Truecaller Verified Business Caller ID solution will help Delhivery build greater trust with its customers. 

The solution enhances the brand’s visibility by displaying essential brand elements such as the company name, logo, category, and verification tick. This not only reassures customers but also helps them quickly identify calls from Delhivery.

Truecaller’s system also allows for the personalization of call reasons, ensuring that the purpose of each communication is clear from the start.
