Digital real estate platform AltDRX appoints new CMO and CPO to drive innovation

AltDRX, a digital real estate investment platform, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned executives.

Manisheel Gautam has been named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Customer Facing Functions, while Shikhar Daydar has taken on the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Experienced leaders join AltDRX  

Manisheel Gautam, an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad, brings extensive experience from his time at Ola, where he held several key roles between 2014 and 2021.

Prior to joining AltDRX, Gautam worked at Ola and HaystackAnalytics. He later co-founded Investorey, a platform for alternative investments, securing $1 million in seed funding.  

Commenting on his new role, Gautam said, “We are joining a company revolutionizing how Indians invest in real estate. By combining fast-paced problem solving with the expertise in real estate and asset tokenization at AltDRX, we aim to create a platform recognized for its technology and data excellence in digital real estate investing.”  

Shikhar Daydar, another IIT Bombay graduate, joins AltDRX with a strong background in data analytics and product development.

He previously held roles at Ola and Mobile Premier League (MPL), where he worked on revenue management and skill-based matching systems. These innovations significantly boosted revenues and product engagement.  

As CPO, Daydar shared his vision, stating, “AltDRX is a promise to revolutionize real estate investing by merging technology and real estate seamlessly. Our goal is to make investing as straightforward as buying a candy, with a product that offers an ecstatic user experience.”
