DTDC Express joins ONDC to strengthen the logistics capabilities for all kinds of sellers on the network

DTDC Express has joined the Indian government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network.

The collaboration aims to revolutionize the logistics sector and create opportunities for businesses of all scales in alignment with the evolving digital commerce ecosystem.

DTDC will focus on accommodating the growing demands of SMEs, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local sellers, providing end-to-end integrated logistics solutions.

This will also benefit small and medium enterprises (SMEs), local sellers, and entrepreneurs by providing access to ONDC's network of 15 lakh sellers and small entrepreneurs.

DTDC expects to handle 1,500 - 2,000 shipments daily by the end of the year and provide integrated logistics solutions in even the most remote corners of India.

DTDC also plans to expand its services to all 14,700+ pin codes, offering innovative service offerings such as Next Day Delivery, Pick Up and Drop Off (PUDO), and QC-enabled reverse logistics.

The company aims to streamline e-commerce operations like order management, inventory tracking, and payment processing to ensure a smooth logistics process for various sellers on the network.
