Ecom Express strengthens leadership team; appoints Pallavi Tyagi as new CMO

Ecom Express, a technology-driven logistics solutions provider, has enhanced its leadership team by appointing three new executives.

Pallavi Tyagi has joined as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Digital Sales Head. Praveen Kumar Agarwal is now the Head of Security and Loss Prevention, and Jyoti Tandon takes over as the Vice President—Financial Controller.

What experience do the new leaders bring?

Pallavi Tyagi brings over 18 years of experience in business, product management, and operations. Her prior roles include significant positions at Marketing Communication Agencies, Solutions-Digitas, and Airtel Business, where she was instrumental in developing brand strategies and marketing plans.

Praveen Kumar Agarwal, with more than 24 years of experience in the Telecom & IT industry, has been part of major companies like Reliance Infocom, Tata Communications, and Bharti Airtel. His extensive background in business operations and product development is set to enhance the company’s security measures.

Jyoti Tandon, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, contributes 15 years of expertise in audit, assurance, and sectors like retail and construction, which will bolster the financial controls within Ecom Express.

What roles will these leaders play?

As the CMO and Digital Sales Head, Pallavi Tyagi will spearhead the brand transformation and marketing initiatives across all channels, aiming to expand market presence and enhance customer experience.

Praveen Kumar Agarwal will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies and protocols.

Meanwhile, Jyoti Tandon will oversee financial controls, aiming to fortify the company’s financial health and compliance.
