Ecommerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce appoints Gaurav Juneja as its chief revenue officer

Unicommerce, an ecommerce enablement SaaS platform, has appointed Gaurav Juneja as its chief revenue officer and designated him as a Senior Management Personnel, with effect from December 18, 2025, according to a regulatory filing.

The appointment was taken on record by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a resolution passed on December 18, 2025. The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in line with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated November 11, 2024.

Juneja joined Unicommerce as chief revenue officer on October 13, 2025. In his role, he will lead the company’s revenue strategy, sales and business development functions, and customer engagement initiatives.

He will also be responsible for go-to-market planning across emerging segments such as B2B commerce, quick commerce, and international markets.

Juneja has over 20 years of experience across consumer internet, financial services, and retail. Prior to joining Unicommerce, he served as chief revenue officer at CX automation SaaS platform Kapture.cx. He has also worked as head of digitisation at Google, co-founded online grocery platform StarQuik, which was later acquired by Tata Trent, and served as executive director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. His earlier roles include positions at Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers, and Li & Fung India.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi, and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

The appointment comes as Unicommerce expands its product portfolio to address evolving requirements in the ecommerce and retail sector.

Over the past year, the company has launched solutions across B2B commerce, quick commerce management, video verification, and AI-enabled tools. Its logistics arm, Shipway, has also introduced new automation features.

Unicommerce provides software solutions for core ecommerce operations, including order management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and marketing automation. The company serves more than 7,100 clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, spanning both online and offline retail businesses.
