India’s efficacy-driven new age premium beauty brand, WishCare, recently announced it has clocked Rs 200 crore in revenue for FY 2024–25, marking a 10X growth in just two years. The brand claims to have achieved an annual run rate (ARR) of Rs 300 crore and is among the fastest-growing indie beauty brands in the country.

Co-founded in 2020 by Stuti Kothari, Ankit Kothari, and Ayush Kothari, WishCare offers what it calls clinically tested, high-performance, multifunctional products to consumers. Since securing investment from Unilever Ventures as its sole investor in FY24, the brand has scaled 10x in 18 months. It claims to have served over 5 million customers across the country.

“From the beginning, our focus has been on understanding and responding to the real needs of our community. This growth is a testament to our community’s trust and our product-led innovation approach. We’re excited to take WishCare global and build an omnichannel play,” said Stuti Kothari, co-founder of WishCare.

WishCare’s portfolio includes products in hair care, sun care, and body care. The startup has focused on category development, introducing items such as a Hair Growth Serum, SPF Lip Balm, and Body Sunscreen that it says have helped shape emerging segments in the market. These products have gained traction on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart, where they rank among the brand’s bestsellers.
