Electric vehicle (EV) startup Vegh Automobiles today announced the appointment of Vivek Tomar as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Prior to joining Vegh Automobiles, Vivek Tomar held leadership positions such as Chief Business Officer at HOP Electric, a leading two-wheeler electric vehicle company.
In his new role, Vivek Tomar will be at the helm of steering the company's growth trajectory across India.
According to the company's statement, Vivek plays a critical role in designing and executing Vegh's go-to-market strategy, channel partner development, fostering robust customer relationships and optimizing business processes to cater to the evolving demands of the market.
Vivek brings with him a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set, including expertise in channel sales development, business strategies and execution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) management, digital and regional marketing, market analysis, channel sales and service management, SaaS integration and execution, e-mobility solutions, and quality control.
