Fintech firm Zaggle joins hands with Strada to streamline payroll and spend management in India

B2B SaaS fintech firm Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has partnered with Strada, an end-to-end provider of payroll, human capital management and financial management solutions, to launch a unified payroll and spend management platform for employers in India.

The company said the integrated offering will help businesses save time and reduce costs by digitizing employee expenses, reimbursements and benefits, all while ensuring strict compliance with Indian regulations.

Focus on seamless employee benefits

Zaggle’s Managing Director and CEO, Avinash Godkhindi, said the partnership aims to simplify a complicated process for Indian employers. By bringing payroll and spend management together under one system, organizations can centralize expense management, track spending in real time and offer flexible tax benefits to their employees.

Zaggle’s platform includes proprietary all-in-one cards, fund visibility tools and automated expense reporting, complemented by 24/7 inquiry support.

It also works with VISA and RuPay networks, maintaining full compliance with guidelines from the Reserve Bank of India, the Income Tax Department and the Central Board of Direct Taxes.

Strada’s role in the collaboration

Strada brings its AI-powered payroll platform and wide-ranging services, which span more than 180 countries. The company reports processing $1.4 trillion in payroll each year with 99.84% accuracy.

According to Strada’s Head of Payroll and Professional Services for the Asia-Pacific region, Anirban Dass, combining Strada’s robust payroll engine with Zaggle’s dynamic spend management system offers businesses a straightforward way to automate reimbursements, manage employee tax benefits and reduce manual administrative tasks.
