India's Firstsource partners with Microsoft to drive digital transformation offerings

RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group-owned business process management company Firstsource Solutions has partnered with Satya Nadella-led technology giant Microsoft.

The partnership aims to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions using Microsoft Azure's advanced AI capabilities, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Language.

The company said the initiative focuses on boosting service offerings by driving operational efficiency and innovation across various industries through the use of cutting-edge AI technologies.
