GoKwik partners with Easebuzz to help eCommerce brands boost sales this festive season

Ecommerce enablement platform GoKwik today said it has partnered with Easebuzz to offer a comprehensive suite of payment solutions to eCommerce brands.

The company said the partnership aims to strengthen the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and Return-to-Origin (RTO) protection suite provided by GoKwik, allowing businesses to extend their COD reach throughout India.

Easebuzz complements this by facilitating various online payment options, including UPI, credit and debit cards, eNACH for EMIs, and wallets, all with exceptional payment success rates, the release notes.

GoKwik anticipates a surge in festive season sales 


The partnership comes at a time when the Indian ecommerce industry is gearing up for a significant sales boost this festive season, with expectations of a 20% increase. Fashion is projected to lead this growth spurt, followed by the electronics, beauty, and personal care sectors. A notable trend is the predicted spending spree by eCommerce shoppers, with 44% likely to spend double the amount they did in the previous year, the release said.

Focusing on tier 2 and 3 cities driving e-commerce growth

GoKwik's data reveals that a substantial 77% of orders in the past year originated from tier 2 and 3 cities, a trend that is predicted to persist. The partnership will help capitalise on this trend, enhancing the payment experience for customers, whether they prefer prepaid or COD transactions.
