Google India has partnered with Startup India to launch the virtual Startup School 2023, aimed at supporting and promoting Indian startups located in non-major cities. The upcoming edition of the program is set to commence on July 11 and will span a duration of eight weeks.

The curriculum will encompass a broad range of subjects, including marketing, product and tech strategy, AI, fundraising, and leadership. The primary objective of this collaboration is to equip startup founders with the essential knowledge and tools to enhance the growth of their businesses, the company said in a blog.

The Startup School initiative boasts the participation of approximately 30 industry experts from Google, accomplished entrepreneurs, leaders from diverse sectors, and venture capitalists.

As a part of the program, a select few startups will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one mentoring sessions and connect with India's top venture capitalists, thereby facilitating networking prospects. The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has declared that Startup School 2023 aims to support roughly 30,000 startups through this initiative.
