- Employees who worked for one year or more than that will receive a bonus salary.

IT major HCL Technologies has announced the allocation of a one-time bonus worth Rs 700 crore ($90 million) for its employees on the occasion of surpassing the $10 billion revenue mark.
The company achieved this milestone after 20 years of its listing on the stock exchanges.
According to the company, Employees who have worked for one year or more than that will receive extra 10 days' salary bonus. In April 2015, India's leading IT company Tata Consultancy Services had also announced the one-time bonus worth Rs 2,628 crore after crossing the 10th anniversary of the company's listing on stock exchanges.
“Our employees are our most valuable asset. Despite an unrelenting pandemic, each and every member of our HCL family has demonstrated immense commitment and passion, contributing to the growth of the organization," HCL said in a statement.
"we want to sincerely express our gratitude to our employees and their families for all their support,” Apparao VV, Chief HR Officer, HCL Technologies said. The company currently has more than 1,59,000+ employees around the world.
"The salary bonuses will be given to employees in this month, amounting to approx. $90 million-plus payroll taxes in some countries, the impact of which is excluded from the FY21 EBIT guidance provided by the company last month," it added.
Founded in 1976 by Shiv Nadar and Arjun Malhotra, HCL Technologies is a global information technology company that provides IT and consulting services to businesses and enterprises.
