HCLTech, Google Cloud deepens partnership to enhance enterprise AI solutions

Indian technology company HCLTech has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud with a focus on leveraging Gemini, Google Cloud's advanced multimodal large language AI model, to develop industry-specific solutions and propel business value. 

HCLTech will enable 25,000 engineers on Google Cloud’s latest GenAI technology to better support clients at every stage of their AI projects, including the development of new use cases and capabilities for HCLTech platforms and product offerings.

Focusing on key industries

The partnership will initially focus on bringing GenAI technology to businesses in manufacturing, healthcare, and telecom. The company aims to use GenAI's power to change these important areas, encouraging new ideas and making operations more efficient.

HCLTech AI force integration with Gemini

HCLTech's AI Force, a pre-built GenAI platform designed to streamline engineering lifecycle processes, will be augmented with Gemini's sophisticated code completion and summarization capabilities.

This enhancement is expected to enable engineers to generate code more efficiently, address issues promptly, and significantly improve the speed and quality of software project deliveries for clients.
