According to Elda Health, The raised capital will be used to expand the product offerings and operations, as well as to hire new people and onboard health professionals and doctors.

Elda Health, founded by Swathi Kulkarni, Sindhuri Ananth, and Shubham Sharma, tracks the complete range of symptoms to activities through a comprehensive reporting mechanism that shows progress toward health goals. The founders are united in their desire to expand access to healthcare.

The startup primarily focuses on mid-life metropolitan women over 35, at all levels of awareness, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Veteran medical practitioners in the fields of mental health, gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, chronic pain, and more make up Elda's expert panel.

“Women's health has been underserved for generations. While puberty and pregnancy are celebrated and tended to, pivotal phases of women's lives such as Menopause (that last 10 - 30 years) are completely ignored. With Elda, we strive to change that. Elda's community of 35-year-old women and above is a safe space for their wellness conversations, counseling, and curated health programs," said Swathi Kulkarni, co-founder, and chief executive officer, Elda Health.

Elda Health also offers personalized consultations with medical specialists and curated material to help women become more aware of crucial physical and mental health issues.

Anup Jain, managing partner, Orios Ventures claimed that Elda's ambition is to address India's women's healthcare issues, which have gone ignored for decades, has resonated with Orios. Elda's health-tech platform will undoubtedly cause a stir in this new market, which is estimated to be worth $600 billion globally.

We are excited to partner with the Elda team on their journey to reimagine the women's healthcare industry," Jain added.

Elda's aim stems from the reality that women's health and unique healthcare needs have been stigmatized for far too long. Even in 2021, despite significant progress in normalizing conversations about puberty, menstruation, and pregnancy, menopause remains a systemically disregarded topic.

Further, its mobile application offers a standardized overview of indicators that allows women to track the effects of positive behavior modification and overall health improvements.

“Women's health is fragmented. At Elda, we aim to bridge this gap in healthcare access & awareness by creating a holistic health platform bringing in multi-specialty medical specialists and coaches to understand and cure women's health issues intimately. We are starting with midlife women’s healthcare, as that remains the most unpenetrated, and plan to expand from there. With our investing partners on board, our conviction towards this mission is stronger than ever,” added Sindhuri Ananth, Co-Founder, Elda Health.
