Lucknow-based health tech startup DocPlix has raised Rs 5 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Eris Lifesciences, along with the participation from angel investors.
The startup plans to use the raised capital to scale up R&D and expand its operations in western, southern, and central India, notified Dr Varun Garg, CEO, DocPlix.
Founded in 2021 by Dr Varun Garg, Aayush Garg, and Dr Ajay Shukla, DocPlix said it aims to ease data exchange between doctors and their patients through DocPlix Rx, an electronic medical records system for clinics and hospitals.
The startup claims to have onboarded over 2000 doctors till date and is aiming to add another 5000 doctors through its speech-to-text EHR in the next ten months. It also aims to sell 5000 licences of its medical algorithms-based chatbot Panini.
