Hirect co-founder Raj Das launches HiBOSS, a peer to peer hyperlocal hiring marketplace app

Raj Das, ex-Co-founder and India CEO of Hirect, has launched HiBOSS, a hyperlocal searching app that connects individuals with jobs in their local community.

HiBOSS is a mobile-first app for SMB owners, mid-level managers and enterprise HRs to hire nearby talents directly.

Raj, who has been in this space for the last 5 years, previously built and scaled Hirect to 5 million verified job seekers and 200K verified employers in 2 years.

The latest venture aims to address this space through the use of agentic AI to eliminate multiple layers in traditional job boards and to provide direct access to users through local communities.

For job candidates, HiBOSS said it offers a dynamic way to interact with employers by connecting job seekers to local companies who may want to engage them through a chat-based platform where they can have live conversations with local employers and schedule multiple interviews within minutes.
