Homegrown strategic recruitment firm Scrabble forays into Dubai & the Middle East

Scrabble, an Indian strategic recruitment firm, has expanded its footprint to Dubai and the Middle East, signalling a significant step towards catering to a rapidly growing market.

To spearhead this expansion, Scrabble has appointed ISB alumnus and serial entrepreneur Abhilash Joseph as the Managing Director for the Middle East region.

What will be the role of Abhilash Joseph?

Abhilash, now based in Dubai, will lead Scrabble’s efforts in establishing its presence, onboarding new clients, and catering to the diverse hiring needs of companies setting up or expanding their operations in the Middle East.

With one strategic association already coming through, the company aims to partner with small to mid-sized startups, focusing on organizations that are establishing a base in Dubai and across the Middle East.
