Kaustav Guha will oversee the development of new technologies to improve formulations and drive product innovation at Honasa Consumer.
His efforts will be aimed at meeting the evolving needs of consumers by offering natural, sustainable, and high-quality beauty and personal care products.

Industry experience and background
Guha brings more than a decade of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. His career includes leadership roles in product development at both global and Indian brands, such as L’Oréal and Marico.
An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and Durham University in the UK, Guha expressed his excitement about joining Honasa Consumer and working with a dedicated team to create innovative, science-backed beauty solutions.
His expertise in formulating clean beauty products aligns well with Honasa’s focus on sustainable innovation.
Recent acquisition strengthens R&D capabilities
Earlier this year, Honasa Consumer expanded its R&D capabilities through the acquisition of CosmoGenesis Labs, a leading cosmetic formulation and development company specializing in premium skincare solutions.
